Problem: How do we solve the growing dilemma of global overpopulation, yet at the same time also conserve our dwindling natural resources?
Answer: Keep the Earth’s surface area the same, but reduce everyone and everything to half its present size. In this way nothing around us will appear to have changed, but because we will be smaller and will consume less, both living space and raw materials will actually be greatly multiplied.
Problem: What do we do about the present global energy crisis? How do we deal with the world’s shrinking food supplies? And in what ways can we save the planetary environment?
Answer: Re-design all of our power plants and engines - and also our very own biological systems - to convert sunlight by day and starlight at night directly into a form of pure energy that can be either totally burned as fuel or thoroughly digested by our bodies. Because the sun and the stars are going to last for billions of years, these sources of power and sustenance will provide all our needs far into the future. And because we will no longer be igniting pollution-producing petroleum, coal and other planetary resources for fuel, or decimating plants, animals and sea life for food, the global environment and its living forms will finally have a chance to prosper again.
Problem: Can anything be done about the escalating political, religious, economic and social upheavals that are plaguing the entire world?
Answer: Bring an end to all forms of centralized human authority. Every time we give away our power of making choices to someone else, it inevitably creates situations of inequality and divisiveness. By fully reclaiming our individual capacity for decision-making in all of our personal life’s issues, we allow each planetary citizen to become the sole authority over their own destiny. For the collective whole, the goal will be to formulate as flexible an interactive framework as possible - a universal declaration of interdependence. This will be based not on the rulership of a few over the many, or of the many dominating over the few. Rather, all will be equally in cooperative harmonious inter-relationship with everyone everywhere, with absolutely no one being in authority over anyone else. The new framework will be designed to guarantee the natural rights and responsibilities for each individual to make their own choices on how they live their lives and what they believe to be true for themselves. Its central premise will be this: There is no greater power in the world than our own ability to choose.
Problem: How do we bring about the end of all wars and conflicts?
Answer: Make all people indestructible and immortal. As a result, no one can be threatened with harm or can suffer pain ever again. Any further acts of aggression in the world will now be totally pointless, since there will be no more situations that can generate fear. And if somebody does happen to initiate hurtful aggressive behavior, it will affect no one but themselves. The perpetrators alone will have to live with the consequences, because being immortal they will be forced to remember it forever.
Problem: How do we deal with the rebels, misfits, nonconformists, believers, seekers and artists in the world - those who are trying to fulfill their basic needs for survival, faith, exploration and creativity - but who are increasingly frustrated because the present world offers no real opportunities to satisfy their restless natures?
Answer: For those persons who feel greatly unfulfilled in their life situation and crave something new, divide such people into small groups, determined among themselves by choice of compatible association. Give to every group a number of tools, basic supplies and a working practical knowledge of survival techniques. Then instantaneously teleport each group and all their belongings out into the far reaches of the universe, to any one of billions of habitable planets of their own choosing. That world is now theirs, to settle and organize as they please, to evolve into whatever form and lifestyle they wish to develop. And if anyone among such settlers cannot conform to these new conditions, they are most welcome to request an application for their own planet.
