Prophecy Alert—Will British Royalty Suffer a Double Assassination?

Report Topics:

  • According to the prophecies of Nostradamus, the future royal line of Britain may be heading for a number of tragic events within the next ten to fifteen years

Full Report:

On May 21, 2009, Queen Elizabeth II will celebrate her eighty-third birthday, as the longest-lived monarch in British history. She very likely has at least ten or fifteen years more to add to her reign, as her mother—the Queen Mother— prospered in good health to the age of 101 years before she died in 2002.

When she finally does depart, Queen Elizabeth will leave her throne to her son, Prince Charles, who will become King Charles III. By the time that takes place, however, he could be well in his seventies. His two distant predecessors by that name had very troubled rulerships, with the first Charles being executed by Parliament in 1649. According to the prophecies of Nostradamus, Charles III’s reign will be somewhat short and no less tumultuous, and very likely will end in violence as well. Equally as surprising, he will be succeeded not by his eldest son, Prince William, but rather by his second son, Prince Harry, who will rule as Henry IX. Here are thirteen of the French prophet’s most significant poetic prognostications concerning the future tragedies to befall the British royal family line:

Verse One. The one given the royal scepter (Charles III) will be obliged to take with it,
That which his predecessors had pledged (the royal oath),
They (the royal house of Windsor) will pretend not to understand about the ring (marriage contract; the royal status of spouses),
When they will want to destroy the palace (end the British monarchy). Century VII, Quatrain 23

Verse Two. Through the pretended fury of divine emotion (because of opposition by the Church of England),
The wife of the great one (Princess Consort Camilla Parker Bowles) will be badly wronged,
(Church) judges will wish to condemn the doctrine (of royal succession),
She will be sacrificed (refused to join Charles on the throne) by the ignorant masses (public opinion). Century VI, Quatrain 72

Verse Three. Because they (the British people) disapproved his divorce (from Lady Di),
Afterward he will be thought of as unworthy (to be King),
Once becoming King (Charles III) of the (British) Isles, moves made against him to drive him out by force (to abdicate),
He will be succeeded by one never expecting to be marked as King (Prince Henry). Century X, Quatrain 22

Verse Four. An English prince with Mars in his heavenly heart (astrologically aspected with emotionally tumultuous relationships),
Will have wanted to pursue his prosperous fortune (rather than be King),
Two will be wounded (along with Prince William), by one who will pierce his gallbladder,
Hated by his assailant, well loved by his mother (Queen Elizabeth). Century III, Quatrain 16

Verse Five. Because of anger directed against the King (Charles III), the lesser (son, Prince Henry) will be sustained (will succeed him),
He (Charles) will be murdered soon after he is offered the (crown) jewels (becomes King),
The father wishing to impress nobility on his son,
Will want to do as the Magi did long ago in Persia (will wish to abdicate in favor of his surviving son). Century X, Quatrain 21

Verse Six. The young one born to the realm of Britain (Prince William),
To which his dying father (Charles III) will have recommended (to succeed him),
The latter dead (William killed in the same assault), LONOLE (anagram for London, the British government) will be in dispute with him (the second in succession, Prince Henry),
And from the (second) son the realm will be demanded (to end British Royalty altogether). Century X, Quatrain 40

Verse Seven. The father and son (Charles and William) will be murdered together,
When the royal one will be in his pavilion,
The mother (wife of William) will be about to give birth to a son near the Tower (of London),
Boxes (coffins) covered with flowers and small sheets of paper. Century VIII, Quatrain 75

Verse Eight. The successor (Prince Henry) will avenge his handsome brother (Prince William),
He will take over the (British) realm under a cloud of vengeance,
The assailant eventually slain, his blood in death taking the blame,
For a long time will Britain hold with France (support for the EU). Century X, Quatrain 26

Verse Nine. The Younger King (Henry IX) will make a mournful wedding song,
Because of a holy one (religious fanatic) stirred up by Mars (war), all feasts and celebrations quieted,
They will cry tears during the night when they lead the Lady outside (leaves the Palace in a casket),
The arrest (of the assassin) will break a peace agreement (with his homeland nation), strife erupts from both sides (both words for “peace“ and “sides“ can also be translated as pasha and Persia). Presage 24

Verse Ten. The Arab frizzled black bearded one (an Islamic mullah?) through skill and cunning,
Will subjugate his cruelly treated yet proud people (Iraqis?),
The great Chyren (anagram for Henry-C or Henry of the Moon; Moon goddess Diana, his mother), will liberate from far away,
All those imprisoned under the banner of the (Crescent) Moon (Islamic extremists). Century II, Quatrain 79

Verse Eleven, The great one of the foreign land led captive,
Chained in gold he will be offered before King Chyren (Henry),
He who in Ausonia, Milan (in Italy) will lose his (terrorist) war,
And all his army will be put to fire and metal. Century IV, Quatrain 34

Verse Twelve. When the lands of the (British) Isles will are reduced from five rivers to only one (because of being submerged),
At the time when they shall be ruled by the great Henry-C or Henry of the crescent Moon goddess (the Greek goddess Diana; Diana’s son, the future Henry IX),
Because of constant drizzles the air (wind) shall turn furious for him and his people,
Six survivors will be found, escaped by floating in bundles of flax tied together. Century VI, Quatrain 27

Verse Thirteen. (Henry) Crescent (of Diana) monarch will die having retired to Italy in peace,
Many nations brought together by this Christian King of the World (in a New United Europe),
Dying he will want to be buried in sacred soil (in a churchyard or cathedral),
After having chased the pirates (Arab terrorists) from the sea. Century IV, Quatrain 77

In Verses One through Three, it would ppear that, as soon as Charles ascends the throne,he will be faced with a number of obstacles to his succession. Even after so many years, the general public will still not forgive him for divorcing Princess Diana and marring Princess Consort Camilla. There are indications here that Camilla will be denied being able to sit as royalty next to Charles, that he may in fact be given the choice of a royal court and the Church of England of either becoming King or estranging himself from Camilla. In the meantime, growing opposition by the mass media manipulation of popular opinion will call for the end of the royal line altogether, or at least the abdication of Charles in favor of his son, William. But the last line of Verse Three portends that something unexpected will take place that will suddenly propel Prince Harry becoming the next monarch instead.

Verse Four begins a string of predictions that forebodes a coming assassination attempt on both Charles and William by a lone assailant—”Two will be wounded by one.” Since the main subject is Charles in lines one and two, it will probably be he who will have his “gallbladder pierced,” presumably by a gunshot. In the context of the events that are prophesied to follow, this wound will not be immediately fatal, and Charles will linger only for a short time. Since nothing more is said about William, presumably he may be killed outright in the attack. Line four reiterates that the assassin will act by himself. Because Charles and William are appearing together without the presence of Prince Harry, then the murder will likely take place during a ceremony involving the succession rites, which would be instituted very soon after Charles’ placement on the throne.

Verse Five makes it clear that Charles will be killed not long after his coronation, and as he lingers for a short while after the attack, he will want to hand over his sovereignty to his successor, identified as the “lesser son,” not William but Harry. This is reinforced by the words in Verse Six, where the “dying father” will “recommend” his succession of the “young one.” The “latter dead” signifies that William will have already succumbed to his wounds. Despite this great tragedy, the British government will demand that, being so ill-prepared for rulership, Prince Harry renounce the throne and end the British monarchy altogether.

In Verse Seven the scenario established in the previous quatrains is even more clearly stated in line one, “The father and son will be murdered together.” In line two the location is hinted at, for the tragedy will take place when “the royal one” (the King) “will be in his pavilion” or royal residence—either in Buckingham Palace or another royal estate—where the ceremony of royal succession will be enacted (Verses Five and Six).

The third line in the same verse suggests that, by this time, Prince William will be married, and his wife will be preparing to give birth to his son at a hospital near the Tower of London.

As an aftermath, line four has a chilling ring of familiarity to it. The prophetic imagery is of two “boxes” (coffins) “covered with flowers and small sheets of paper.” We recall the scenes in 1997 at the funeral of Princess Diana, when the streets around Buckingham Palace were awash in a sea of floral bouquets and condolence cards and signs.

Despite the opposition to his taking the throne, Verse Eight predicts that Prince Harry—now Henry IX—will be crowned King. His first order of business as the new monarch will be to personally instigate the hunt for the assassin of his father and “his handsome brother,” Prince William. Eventually the perpetrater will be caught and killed—either taken down while on the run, or executed for his crime.

Verse Nine portends that tragedy may strike yet again when King Henry’s future bride will also be struck by an assassin, this time who will be an Islamic extremist coming from Iran. Later still, according to Verse Ten and Eleven, King Henry will take part either in a heightened war on terror or in an all-out war involving the Middle East. It is noteworthy that Prince Harry recently took part for a short time in a British combat unit stationed in this same region. Will he later in life return to fight the same foes again, only this time as a commander-in-chief?

Very significantly also, Nostradamus identified King Henry as “Chyren,” an anagram for Henry-C or Henry Crescent, or simply “of the Crescent.” This symbolically refers to the Moon goddess Diana, which was the name of his mother.

Verse Twelve is a dark foreboding that King Henry will be ruling at a time when his native land will suffer a tremendous geological disaster and major flooding. Some commentators interpret the reduction of “five rivers to one” to represent the shrinking of the British Empire over the last two centuries. But there is a more literal way of reading the language of the verse—that the land of Britain itself will lose most of its rivers due to a subsidence of its territories. The resulting geographical changes will also be responsible for bringing significant climatic alterations to the British Isles. There are at least a dozen more Nostradamian quatrains that describe these natural catastrophic events in more detail.

In Verse Thirteen, Henry is predicted to live a very long life, much like his grandmother, and he will be remembered for fighting against Middle Eastern terrorists, as well as helping to unite all Europe into a stronger unity. Eventually, he will request to be interred in a quiet churchyard in Italy—because his ancestral burial grounds in England will be underwater?—where he will have one day in the future won his greatest military victories.
