Full Report:
A 40-Year Period of Climate Extremes
Century I, Quatrain 17
(In many places) for forty years the rainbow will not appear,
(In other places) for (the same) forty years the rainbow will be seen every day,
The will see its dryness progressively increased,
While great floods will become more prevalent where the rainbow will be noticed.
Surviving the Bush Legacy
Mabus puis tôt alors mourra, viendra
De gens et bêtes une horrible défaite:
Puis tout coup la vengeance on verra,
Cent, main, soif, faim quand courra la cométe.
Century II, Quatrain 62
MABUS (anagram for BUSH; also USA B(2)M(1000) or USA 2000, giving the location and year of his rise to national power) will soon succumb (will not rule for long, only eight years), but because of him there will be long-term results,
For both people and for animals a horrible defeat and death (extinction),
Then, all of a sudden, a swift vengeance arrives,
A multitude of hands reaching out, thirsting, famished, when one will see the coursing comet (Halley’s Comet, to reappear in 2061–62; the 40-year period above thus will occur from 2022 to 2062).
Pollution to Cause Major Extinctions
L’oeil par objet fera telle excroissance,
Tant et ardent que tombera la neige:
Champ arrosé viendra en décroissance,
Que le primat succombera reg.
Century X, Quatrain 70
Because of a tiny object (particle, dust) will cause the eyes to swell very much,
Burning of forests will cause so much of it, and also increases the snowfall (creating climate changes),
Watered fields will begin to shrink everywhere,
And the primates (apes, monkeys) will lose their kingdom (the rainforests; will become extinct).
Extinction of Major Animal and Plant Groups
Lea fin de loup, le lion, boeuf, et l’âne,
Timide dama seront avec mâtins:
Plus ne cherra eux la douce manne,
Plus vigilance et custode aux matins.
Century X, Quatrain 99
The end (extinction) will come for the wolf, the lion, the bovine (oxen, cattle, cows, water buffalo), and the donkey (also includes the entire horse family),
The timid deer (family) given over (killed off) by the hunting dogs (greedy consumers),
No longer will fall (will also disappear) the sweet grains (corn, wheat, barley, rice),
More vigilance should be given to the Custodians of the Morning (the Native and Indigenous Peoples).
Rising Ocean Levels
Century I, Quatrain 29
When fish and other land and sea life,
By force will be put upon the beach by a strong wave (tsunami or storm surge),
The (wave’s) form will appear strange, oily (polluted) and horrible,
The enemy seawater very steadily shall begin to climb the walls (rise in ocean levels).
Violent Storms on the Rampage
Century II, Quatrain 40
A short while after a previous occurrence (a series of one following right after the other),
By sea and over land a great uproar will be raised,
Very great will become the battle of the elements (blowing dust, wind, water and heat combined),
Because of burning fires animal species will succumb as the greatest outrage of all.
Paris Hit by a Powerful Storm Surge Up the Seine River
Dans temple clos le foudre y entrera,
Les citadins dedans leur fort grevés:
Cheveaux, boeufs, hommes, l’onde mur touchera,
Century III, Quatrain 6
Within the enclosed (barricaded) temple (Notre Dame Cathedral) the lightning will enter (and partially destroy it),
The (Parisian) citizens within the fortified embankments (along the Seine river) will also be injured,
(Filled with the bodies of) horses, cattle and men, the wave of water will overwhelm the (sandbag) walls,
Afterwards (they will suffer) from famine, drought, all authority weakened.
Climatic Disasters in Asia and Africa
Mer par solaires sûr passera,
Ceux de Venus tiendront toute l’Affrique:
Leur regne plus Saturne n’occupera,
Et changera la part Asiatique.
Century V, Quatrain 11
The sea by the solar (rays) will pass over,
The fires of Venus (out-of-control multiplying conditions) will hold all Africa,
Saturn (constriction, a necessary tempering effect) will no longer occupy the continent,
And in the same way changed will be portions of Asia.
Storm Surges Will Reach to the Great Wall of China
L’oiseau royal sur la cité solaire,
Sept mois devant fera nocturne augure:
Century V, Quatrain 81
Because of the solar (rays) the royal bird (eagle) will appear over the city (populated areas),
Seven months in advance it will be an omen of an event that will come in the night,
The Oriental Wall (the Great Wall of China) will fall amid lightning and thunder,
When for seven days the enemy (the sea) will come directly to its gates.
Century II, Quatrain 57
Before the conflict (world war?) the Great Wall (of China) will fall,
The great one (Leader) to death, death too sudden and lamented,
Born imperfect (a capitalist China) the greater part (of the nation) will swim (because of massive flooding),
Near the river (either the Yangtze or Hwang Ho) the land stained with blood (natural disaster or from a popular uprising?).
Fish Boiled in the Black Sea
Century II, Quatrain 3
Because of the effect of solar heat on the sea waters,
In the Black Sea fish will be half cooked,
The inhabitants around it will come to cut them up and eat them,
When no biscuit (bread, food) will be found in Rhodes (or an anagram for Herod/ Israel) or Genoa (Italy).
The Lake of Geneva Dries Up
Century II, Quatrain 64
The Lake (of Geneva) dried up, the people of Geneva (Switzerland) suffering from thirst and hunger,
Hope at hand will fail them,
Because of the trembling, access by way of the Cevannes mountains shall be blocked,
And the relief by sea will not be able to land at port.
Fire Descends from the Sky in France
Century VIII, Quatrain 2
For Condon, Auch and around Mirande (southwest France),
I see fire from the sky encompassing them,
Sun and Mars in, at Marmande (same region),
Lightning, great hail, walls will collapse into the Garonne river.
Fire falling from the sky in southern France
Sun and Mars in Leo:

Fire from the Sky Accompanied by Earthquakes
Century I, Quatrain 46
Very near Auch, Lectoure and Mirande,
Great fire will fall from the sky for three nights,
A very stupendous and marvelous event will occur,
Very soon after the earth will tremble.
Boiled Fish and Fire from the Sky in Northern Latitudes
A quarante-huit degré climatérique,
A fin de Cancer si grande sécheresse:
Poisson en mer, fleuve, lac cuit hectique,
Bearn, Bigorre par feu ciel en détresse.
Century V, Quatrain 98
Below the forty-eighth climacteric degree of latitude,
At the very end of Cancer (July 21) very great dryness,
Fish in the sea, rivers, lakes, boiling, bubbling,
The Bear (Russia) and Bigorre (Ireland) in distress through fire from the sky.
Major Imbalances in Lower Life Cycles
Planure Ausonne fertile, spacieuse
Century IV, Quatrain 48
The fertile and spacious plain of Ausonia (Campagna in Italy),
Will produce so many gadflies and locusts,
The solar brightness will become clouded by their numbers,
All crops devoured, and a great plague will be caused by them.
Plagues of Insects Caused by Climate Changes
Century III, Quatrain 82
Fréjus, Antibes, towns around Nice (southern France),
They will be thoroughly devastated by sea and by land,
The locusts will come from both directions, borne on the wind advantageous to them,
They will capture and pillage everything, causing death and loss, nature being without law.
Climate Fluctuations Bring Other Extremes—Freezing
Century VIII, Quatrain 35
At the entrance to the Garonne and Bazas rivers (southwest France),
And the forest not far from Damazan (same region),
Discoveries of the sea frozen, then hail and cold,
In the Dordogne (same general region) heavy frost but in the wrong month.
The Great Freeze Accompanied by Flooding
Parmi les champs des Rodanes entrées,
Où les croisés seront presque unis,
Les deux brassieres en pisces rencontrées,
Et un grand nombre par déluge punis.
Century VIII, Quatrain 91
Frozen will be the fields on either side of the Rhone river,
Those trying to cross from one side to the other will almost make it,
Mars and Venus met in,
But a great number will be punished by the flood.
Freezing and hail in southern France
Mars and Venus in Pisces:

If we correlate the prophecies of flooding in America with the forty-year period of global weather extremes, then either of the two astrological windows for the early 2020’s or early 2050’s would fit. This may or may not be related to the extreme drought forecast for the Southern Hemisphere nations, where again we find possible astrological window periods for both the 2020’s and 2050’s. The prophecy of freezing and hail in southern France also has correlations for both the 2020’s and 2050’s, but the fire falling from the sky in the same region predicted, and the major fires to burn the Great Plains in America, only have a correlation for the 2050’s. We can speculate that perhaps the 2020’s will see the one extreme of flooding and freezing, while the 2050’s will witness the other extreme of global great heat, fire and drought.
The Growing Threat of Global Famine
Century I, Quatrain 67
The great famine that I feel is approaching,
It often turns (back, reversed), then becomes universal (global),
So great and so long that they (the world’s people) will come to pull out (to eat),
From the trees the roots, and the child from the (mother’s) breast.
Famine Brings Breakdown of Food Supplies and Authority
Les lieu peuplés seront inhabitable:
Pour champs avoir grande division:
Regnes livrés prudent incapables:
Lors les grands frères mort et dissension.
Century II, Quatrain 95
The populated places will be uninhabitable,
Great discord, people trying to obtain food,
Areas governed by incapable officials,
Among the nations chaos and death.
Timing for the Beginnings of World Famine
Faux l’étang joint vers le Sagittaire
En son haut AUGE de l’exaltation,
Peste, famine, mort de main militaire:
Le siècle approche de rénovation.
Century I, Quatrain 16
The scythe (Saturn) joined with the pond (Aquarius) moving toward Sagittarius (in retrograde),
At the high point of its ascendant,
Plague, famine, death by military hand,
The (Saturn) cycle (of constriction) approaches its renewal.
Global disease, famine, warfare
Saturn retrograde in Aquarius:
May–June, 2020; June–October, 2021; June–October, 2022; May–October, 2050; June–October, 2051; May–July, 2079; June–October, 2080; June–October, 2081.
Later in the Century the Famine Gets Worse
Century II, Quatrain 46
After one great trouble for humanity, a greater one is prepared,
The great movement of Time (Saturn) renews its cycle,
No rain or milk, too much famine, warfare and plague,
In the heavens fire seen, a long running spark (return of Halley’s Comet in 2061).
Famine Will Bring the Horrors of Cannibalism
La voix ouïe de l’insolite oiseau,
Sur le canon du respiral étage:
Si haut viendra du froment le boisseau,
Que l’homme d’homme sera anthropophage.
Century II, Quatrain 75
The cry of the unwanted bird (vulture) heard,
From the tops of factory chimney stacks (in large cities),
So high will a bushel of wheat rise (in price),
That man will be eating his fellow man.
Weather Extremes and Famine Will Cause Conflict
Presage 113
There will no longer be enough grain,
Death will come through freezing snow (changed climates),
Sterile, the grain rots, soaked with too much water,
The Leaders will wound one another, great death among opposing forces (trying to obtain food).
Desperate Attempts at Finding Food
Century II, Quatrain 7
Among those trying to reach the islands,
One will be born with two teeth in his mouth,
They will die of famine so great they will strip the bark off trees,
A new Leader will try to keep order through imposing new laws.
Famine Will Result in Great Suffering
Century III, Quatrain 42
A child will be born with two teeth in his mouth,
A rain of stones will fall in Tuscany (Italy),
A few years after there will be no wheat or barley,
To feed those who will faint from hunger.
The Coming of a Terrible Disease
L’horrible guerre qu’en l’Occident s’apprête,
L’an ensuivant viendra la pestilence
Century IX, Quatrain 55
The horrible conflict and chaos which the Occident (the West) will bring upon itself,
The following year will come the great disease,
So very terrible that young and old, among humanity and animals, will not escape,
Blood and fire when Mercury, Mars and Jupiter are together in the moveable sign (Libra; next to take place in September, 2040; September, 2087; September–October, 2100).
The Nature of the Disease and Its Extent
La bouche et gorge en fervides pustules,
De sept Grands cinq, tous distillante nuire:
Pluie si longue, non mort tournent bulles,
Le Grand mourir, qui trestous faisait luire.
Presage 102
The mouth and throat filled with burning sores,
To affect five out of every seven Great Leaders, the cure even more harmful,
So many tears, blisters shall turn worse, wishing death,
One Great Leader will die, he who will wish he could burn them all.
Areas to be Hardest Hit by Famine and Disease
Epistle to Henri II
“There will ensue the most horrible plague, made more stupendous by the famine which will have preceded it. Such troubles will never have occurred in the world since the first foundations of the Christian Church (two thousand years ago). It will cover all the Latin regions (southern Europe) and will leave its traces in the countries of the Spanish (South and Central America).”
How Long the World Will Suffer from These Disasters
Preface to César
“The sword of death will approach, in the shape of disease, and horrible warfare and famine, that shall last for three generations. The famine shall fall upon all the Earth, and will be repeated often.”
Long-Term Effects Will Last Almost Two Centuries
Preface to César
“For a period of 177 years, 3 months and 11 days, by pestilence, long famine, wars and most of all by floods, the world will be so diminished, with so few remaining, that no one will be found willing to work in the fields, which will remain wild for so long a period as they had been tilled.”
Two-thirds of the World Population Will Be Lost
Epistle to Henri II
“Such a plague will arise that more than two-thirds of the world’s population will be removed. One will be unable to determine the true owners of fields and houses, and weeds will grow in the streets in the center of major cities to higher than the knees.”
There does not appear to be a well-defined astrological correlation between when the world is to suffer from a combination of disease, famine and war. These may be generalized conditions which will variously extend over a long period of time, most likely from as early as 2040 to the end of the century. A number of quatrains hint that, while financial and economic collapse will occur in the 2020’s, the more severe hardships of global famine and disease will not manifest for another generation, or after 2040. Other prophecies suggest this very same period, when many nations will go through drastic changes during two revolutions of Saturn or 58 years before the end of the century, or between 2040 and 2098, ending with the most extreme global event, a tilting of the Earth on its axis. Future warfare is related to drought conditions, and if as we saw before a period of global heat and drought may occur in the 2050’s, this correlates well with the astrological window period of 2055 to 2057.
