The newly elected (Leaders of America, Russia and the EU) will sustain the trembling (either the fears of the Eastern power bloc, or will be weakened from massive earthquakes),
Rhodes (anagram for Herod, or Israel) and Byzantium (Turkey) will be tainted by Arab blood (terrorism or coming warfare).

Obstructed by lines already drawn (on a world map), deeply split apart (by opposing nations).
